With a career of over 35 years linked to fish and seafood, Tom has experience on the deck, processing, in science and technology and brings a unique (in every way) perspective to the business. His passion is for “doing things better” and to this end has advocated technology and greater insight throughout his career and sees every day as an opportunity to learn.
